20th Anniversary of Tunica Rivergate Music Festival
April 20 & 21, 2012
Downtown Tunica
How do you know when spring has sprung? When we start talking about the Annual Rivergate Festival of course. That's when it’s times to start planning the "party" and this year we are celebrating 20 years worth of fun so come join us and meet your friends, family and neighbors in Downtown Tunica for a fun filled experience. The Festival is full of family oriented opportunities all weekend.

We will kick start the weekend with The Alabama Blues Brothers arriving Friday night and performing at 8:30pm. Now when you hear the sirens and horns it won't be the police after them but it will be Crawfish Alley announcing that fresh crawfish is ready.
Saturday morning we will start the day rolling in the antique cars, and the arts and crafts. The Hogs will run thru at 9am, that's real men and women on Harley Davidson Motorcylces, not the pork that the Patio Porkers or Casinos are going to compete in cooking. Oh yeah in case you didn't pick up on that we will have the BBQ cooking contest with our all time favorite Patio Porkers/Backyard BBQ competitors. The little ones will be warming up for their 3rd Annual Children's Bicyle Race in the Veteran's Park. Immediately after we will have plenty of activities for them from bouncing to sliding to climbing the walls rock climbing, that is. We have invited the community choir to join us Saturday morning at 11 am to perform. Plan to stay and have lucnh with one of our many food vendors. Now grab a seat and sit back and enjoy the rest of the afternoon with music, music and music.... and it's ALL FREE!
Line up for Saturday Afternoon entertainment:
